“I went in here a few months ago, because my truck engine was acting very weird. They diagnosed the problem, told me how much it would be to fix it, and completed it in a manner of hours. I just went in today to have my oil changed. The man on the phone quoted me $39. It ended up costing me $39! No hidden fees! No BS! I would highly reccomend this place to anyone needing anything done to their vehicle! Thank you auto medics!”

“Awesome service!!!!! We were passing through on our way home to ND from Kansas City and the heat quit working in our truck. They didn't have the right part to fix the issue but they were able to do some bypassing and got us back on the road quickly with heat. The Nissan mechanics back home were so impressed with their work they actually took some photos in case they ever needed to do the same kind of bypass. All this at a very reasonable price as well!”

“My son and I where on our way to Rolla from Oregon when our a/c quite working about 100 miles out of St.Josephs on Friday night. I called Auto Medics first thing Saturday morning, they told me to bring the car in and they get it taken care of. They had us back on the road later that morning with a working a/c. Great service and reasonably price. Thank You”

“Auto Medics does all of my mechanic work. I have been going here for years. They have always been able to fix everything I have brought to them. The mechanics seem to know what they are doing, diagnosing the problem, and getting it fixed. I don't know why these other reviews had problems. If they would talk to Larry, the owner, I am sure they would get a fair and satisfactory result.”

“While on a trip to St Joseph Missouri for a tournament with my family our radiator blew up on our vehicle. It was Saturday and I was afraid we couldn't get it repaired.... I contracted Auto Medics and they got us in, fixed our vehicle and we were back on the road by noon... I couldn't thank them enough and wanted to leave a review for their business. I wish we had a shop this nice in Omaha ! ! I would recommend Auto Medics to any person needing their car looked at when in the St Joseph Missouri area... Great, honest and very professional shop... “I went to 6 shops trying to get my car inspected and the Firestone Tire Store recommended I try Auto Medics..... I went there and almost left because their parking lot was completely full, but I went in any way to inquire about getting my car safety inspected and Larry at the front desk to me right in, inspected it himself and got me on the road in less than 30 minutes.... I also found out that they do $9.95 oil changes on my type of car so you can bet that I'll be going back to Auto Medics everytime I need an oil change or work.... They are really nice and professional ! !

“I am the General Sales Manager of Auto Medics, and the scooter purchasers are always told what Missouri stipulations are and that you do have to possess a valid drivers license to drive 49cc scooters such as this individual was speaking about. They’re also informed that you don't have to have a motorcycles license in the state of Missouri! Anything with larger cc's/ engine size DOES require one, but NOT for these! And to this writer, if you have an issue please come in and talk to us we will answer any questions we can and ensure your experiance with us is of the highest quality!!! “I wanted to speak up here and give a review from a customer who has been going to Auto Medics for years. I assure you that I am not an employee there, in fact, I'm a single woman who knows nothing about cars.

Over the years, I have been ripped off by mechanics who knew I didn't know anything about cars. Then, I started going to Auto Medics. Even when I thought there was something wrong because my car was making a strange noise, they checked it out *for free*, assured me, it was nothing to worry about, that it was weather-related and would pass. They were right.

More than once, they have checked things out for me without charging me a dime. A dishonest mechanic could have told me anything and charged me anything, and that has happened in the past.

I have no ulterior motive in writing this review, other than to give the public the truth about my experience. I am not an employee, and not related to anyone there. I would like other women to know it's a place you can trust.”

“These guys have always been 100% honest with us. They do a great job of fixing what needs to be fixed and nothing else. If there is a problem, they get hold of you and explain what needs to be done. They treat their customers, men and women alike, with a great deal of respect. Hands down I would recommend their services. I actually moved south, close to Kansas City, and I still take my vehicles to them when there is a problem. That is the amount of trust that I have in them.”
